1. Eligible for Exchange

You may request an exchange within 2 days of delivery only if:

- You have received the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged before delivery.

All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.

2. Exchange Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for an exchange, the product must be:

- Unused and unwashed.
- In its original condition.
- Accompanied by all original tags, accessories, and packaging.

3. No Return or Refund Policy

Please Note: We do not offer returns or refunds. Only eligible exchanges are accepted as per our policy.

Customers are requested to review the product details, images, fabric, and design carefully before placing an order. Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind or personal preference.

4. Colour Variation & Lighting Disclaimer

We make every effort to display our sarees as accurately as possible on our website. However, slight colour variations may occur due to differences in screen settings, display brightness, photography, and studio lighting.

The colour of a saree may appear slightly different in product photographs compared to its appearance in natural or indoor lighting. Such minor variations are normal and are not considered product defects or valid reasons for an exchange, return, or refund.

We strive to ensure that the product delivered closely matches the images displayed on our website. However, significant discrepancies beyond minor lighting-related variations will be reviewed by our team on a case-by-case basis.

5. Exchanges Are Not Applicable For

Exchanges will not be accepted for:

- Sale or discounted products.
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Personal preferences, including not liking the saree, fabric, or design.
- Minor colour variations caused by screen settings or lighting conditions.
- Change of mind after purchase.

6. How to Request an Exchange

If you receive the wrong product or an item with a manufacturing defect or damage, please email clear photographs and a description of the issue to thesareeghar.fashion@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.

Please retain the original packaging and tags until your request has been reviewed.

Our team will assess the request and inform you of the next steps if the exchange is approved.
